Alison has experience in donor relations, fund development and volunteer coordination. She is a 2003 graduate of Washington State University and earned her Master's from Gonzaga University in 2007.

Previous to joining the Foundation, Alison held positions as Program Manager for the Montana Meth Project and Assistant Athletics Director for Ticketing and Fan Development at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
