Curtis is from Chester, Va. Prior to joining the Foundation, he served as planned giving director for The Salvation Army in Washington, DC and as director of development for the VBH Foundation in Richmond. He earned his B.S. in finance from Virginia Tech and M.B.A. from Averett University. “I love the looks on peoples’ faces when they realize they made a difference at UM.”
