As Senior Vice President, Ric oversees the University's principal gift program, working with President Engstrom to build and strengthen relationships with UM's lead donors. Ric has been fundraising in higher education since 1991, starting his career at his alma mater, Washington State University.  Before coming to The University of Montana Foundation, Ric worked at WSU, Eastern Washington University and led the major gifts team at the University of Idaho.
