Roberta moved to Montana from Wyoming in 2007 to begin her position with the Foundation. She earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Wyoming in 2006 and her M.A. from The University of Montana in 2010. She has been a human resources professional for nearly 20 years. At the Foundation, Roberta’s responsibilities include collaboration on staffing plans, personnel management, compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring, performance management, student employment and policy administration. “I embrace the mission and vision of the Foundation, I believe in access to higher education for anyone who is interested and I am motivated by the idea of helping to make it affordable. I respect the people that I work with, and I learn from them every day.”
