Nancy was born and raised in New York and earned her bachelor's degrees in art history and criticism and German language at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Before joining the Foundation, she spent 16 years working in the Missoula legal community as a legal assistant and certified paralegal. Prior to entering the legal field, Nancy owned and operated a restaurant in Missoula for several years. She has enjoyed calling Missoula home since 1988.
